Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. The 14-day period begins the day you, or a designated third party, take physical possession of the goods.

To cancel, simply notify us with a clear statement via email or post. Using a withdrawal form is optional. Notification sent within the 14-day period is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Refunds

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notification. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may delay the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. You are only responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
